What are the items I can order?

Clients can order any art and electronics products showcased in the website. It is sometime possible that some of the products are not available in the stick or out of stock. In that case, you can always place your Wishlist via email, so that once available, we can contact you and deliver your desired electronics item.

How do I cancel an order?

Our clients can cancel their order if they change their mind at any point of their purchase process. We like to prioritize our client’s requirements and their decisions. However, Customers can cancel their order only during their order process period and cannot cancel it once the product is on the way to delivery. However, we have return policy. So, if the product you have received have any types of disputes they can always return it back within a limited period.

How do I change an order?

You can change you order anytime during ordering process with us. This can be done either simply contacting with our dedicated customer care and by mentioning your product order number, or by simply deleting the existing order and choosing a new one of your preference from our wide range of product collection. You can do either of these only during order processing period only.

How do I get a refund?

It is often possible that the product you have received is not up to your expectations or you might have changed your mind at the last moment. In that case you may like to return the product and is liable to refund your pre paid fund. You don’t have to worry as we maintain a standard refund policy. If a valid refund appeal has been placed, we will return the payable money within 15 working days under terms and conditions.
